We will conduct regular sessions twice a month via phone or Skype to discuss your progress. Sessions are tailored to individual needs. Some weekend and evening hours are available.

Throughout the program I will send you relevant books, audio, videos, food samples or other timely supports specific to your goals and dietary needs to keep you on-track and motivated.
