3 or 6 Month Programs

A 3 or 6 month program empowers you to set and accomplish realistic goals and make enduring changes. You can make changes as fast or slow as you want. I will be there to support you every step of the way.

50 Minute Sessions

We will conduct two 50-minute sessions per month via phone or Skype to discuss your progress. Sessions are tailored to individual needs. Some weekend and evening hours are available.

Support Between Sessions

I will be here to support you between sessions by email. Send me all of your questions. I don’t mind if it is one a day or one a week. I will do whatever it takes to get you going in the right direction.

Freebies and Samples

Throughout the program I will send you relevant books, audio, videos, food samples or other timely supports specific to your goals and dietary needs to keep you on-track and motivated.

Helpful Handouts

Simple and informative handouts help to monitor changes, evaluate how well things are working, keep track of allowable foods, understand food reactions, implement healthy lifestyle changes and more.
